3. Shift Manager

a. Assist Restaurant / Outlet Manager in ensuring smooth operation of the outlet

b. Check on availability of menu items for the day

c. Handle cashiering when cashier is unavailable. Ensures that cash tallies in the register

d. Serve customers with friendly and uncompromising service. Makes every effort to let customers feel welcomed. Ensures service crew follows likewise

e. Knows duties and responsibilities of all staff and ensures that they carry them out

f. Motivate and supervise staff to do suggestive selling

g. Assist in handling cash flow and petty cash payments

h. Handle all feedback of customers
