1. Regional Franchise Manager

a. Reports to Chief Executive Officer

b. Key role is in the development of new markets internationally. This includes establishing feasibility of new franchise and recommending potential franchisees. You should be able to work independently to develop and execute sales plans for each country targeted.

c. All aspects of the franchising business which includes relationship management, event management, shipment, licensing, budgeting, legal and government-related issues would be under your purview.

d. Armed with a Degree in Business Administration with 4 to 5 years relevant franchise experience in the F&B or hotel industry.

e. You should have an extensive network within the regional F&B industry and possess a solid track record in franchise sales and new markets development.
