A: Monday to Sunday between 9am
and 9pm

What is the ordering time period?
A: Orders should be at least 3
days in advance. However, we would
suggest a booking/order period
of 1 week in advance, provided

event date is available for us
to provide you the service. Late
orders
will only be accepted subject
to availability

A: No, we are not Halal. However,
we do have Vegetarian dishes

What kind of food do PastaMania
serve?
A: We are primarily serving Italian
cuisine Pizza & Pasta. However,
we do
have some Asian cuisine dishes

What kind of choices do I have?
A: There are 3 standard packages
to choose from: S$15, S$20 &
S$25
per person (Minimum order for
30 persons). However, we can mix
and
match our available menu items
and provide you with a quotation

Can I rent tables & chairs?
A: Yes, you can. Tell us how many
you need and we will quote you
from
our supplier list

Is there transport fee?
A: Yes, S$40.00 (Islandwide) will
be charged for orders less than
30
persons

Do PastaMania charge GST?
A: Yes

How much food do PastaMania provide?
A: We provide a 10% buffer of
food for all catering orders.
This is to cater
for guests with bigger appetite
or unexpected guests. However,
you
will have to take note that the
more popular items tend to run
out
faster during the event.
Q: What
if I need to rent a venue?
A: Private Functions can be arranged
at our CPF Outlet premises only
on
Saturdays, Sundays and Public
Holidays. A fee will be charged
for use
of premise (S$60 per hour, minimum
booking 3 hours)

What if I need some entertainment
arrangements?
A: We have professionals to create
the best parties for you. These
can be
arranged at additional cost. You

Can I pay by Credit Cards?
A: We only accept CASH or CHEQUE
payment.

Is there a deposit?
A: There is a 50% deposit of the
total order amount payable upon
confirmation.

Will the deposit be refunded if
I cancel the event?
A: Should you decide to cancel
the event, you would have to give
us 1
week notice in writing (deposit
will be refunded). However, if
cancellation is done less than
24 hours prior to the event –
the deposit
is non-refundable

Can I modify my choice of dishes?
A: Yes, we’ll love to customize
the menu to best suit you

Do PastaMania provide Service
staffing?
A: Yes, we have Service Staff,
which you can hire at S$15.00
per hour
per staff (at a minimum of 3 hours
Block per staff)

Will it be an immediate confirmed
order?
A: Confirmation of your order
will be made via the telephone,
