Q: What is the timing for PastaMania Catering Service?
A: Monday to Sunday between 9am and 9pm

Q: What is the ordering time period?
A: Orders should be at least 5 days in advance. However, we would
suggest a booking/order period of 1 week in advance, provided your
event date is available for us to provide you the service. Late orders
will only be accepted subject to availability

Q: Is PastaMania Halal?
A: Yes, we are certified Halal.

Q: What kind of choices do I have?
A: There are 3 standard packages to choose from: S$10, S$15 & S$20
per person (Minimum order for 30 persons). However, we can mix and
match our available menu items and provide you with a quotation.

Q: Is there transport fee?
A: Yes, S$30.00 (Islandwide) will be charged for orders less than 30pax.

Q: Can I rent tables & chairs?
A: Yes, you can. Tell us how many you need and we will quote you from
our supplier list

Q: Do PastaMania charge GST?
A: Yes

Q: What if I need to rent a venue?
A: Private Functions can be arranged at our CPF Outlet premises only on
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. A fee will be charged for use
of premise (S$60 per hour, minimum booking 3 hours)

Q: What if I need some entertainment arrangements?
A: We have professionals to create the best parties for you. These can be
arranged at additional cost. You can contact us at +65 6276 3009

Q: Can I pay by Credit Cards?
A: We only accept CASH or CHEQUE payment.

Q: Is there a deposit?
A: There is a 50% deposit of the total order amount payable upon
confirmation.

Q: Will the deposit be refunded if I cancel the event?
A: Should you decide to cancel the event, you would have to give us 1
week notice in writing (deposit will be refunded). However, if
cancellation is done less than 24 hours prior to the event – the deposit
is non-refundable

Q: Do PastaMania provide Service staffing?
A: Yes, we have Service Staff, which you can hire at S$15.00 per hour
per staff (at a minimum of 3 hours Block per staff)

Q: I have placed my order via the Catering Hotline, Website, fax or email.
Will it be an immediate confirmed order?

A: Confirmation of your order will be made via the telephone, email or fax
to you. If you do not hear from us 3 days before the function date,
please kindly contact us at +65 276 3009

Q: Will there be any discounts?
A: No discounts for standard package orders. Should you have an event
which may exceed 100 persons, please call our HQ at +65 6276 3009.
