Q. Is your tomato sauce vegetarian?
A. No, it contains onions & garlic
Q: Have you been certified Halal?
A: Yes, all our outlets in Singapore are certified Halal since February 2009.
Q: Why is the Halal logo not displayed at your premises?
A: We are in the process of renewing our yearly Halal licence. As this is the first year that we are renewing, we have under-estimated the time needed to complete the whole administration process. We are working very closely with MUIS to complete the process and will put up the new Halal licence and logo in all our outlets soon.
Q. We heard rumours that your Halal licence has been revoked by MUIS because you are selling chicken products that contain pork. Pls clarify.
A. With regards to the rumour going around, we would like to state that the content is false. Our Halal licence has not been revoked and we definitely do not sell any chicken products that contain pork. All our products used are Halal certified by MUIS, from the very 1st day of certification, and we have not made any change since. We have traced the source of the rumour and have since received an official apology from the sender. Please refer to the apology email here.
Q: Are any of your soups vegetarian?
A: Yes, but only Minestrone Soup
Q: What are your vegetarian dishes?
A: Not for strict vegetarians: Mediterranean Pasta, Aglio Olio Pasta, Arrabiata Pasta, Pomodoro Pasta, Al Funghi Pasta, Veggie Supremo Pizza, Vegetarian Pizza and Margherita Pizza.
Q: What is the rennet used for producing your cheese?
A: a) Mozzarella Cheese - Artificial rennet
b) Parmesan Cheese - Calf rennet (Halal)

1. Can I use PastaMania cash vouchers to pay for the subscription fee?
a. Yes, our $2, $5, $10 & $20 PastaMania cash vouchers can be used.
2. What are the exclusive promotions?
a. The exclusive promotions will be launched from time to time and they are available to members only. The promotions are for limited periods only.
3. Is the mon- fri 2-5pm student promotion still on?
a. Yes, Mon- Fri 2-5pm student promotion is still on – valid for all students with student card. The mon – thurs 830pm till closing student promo is only valid for students with our PastaManiac card and their student card.
4. Can the card be used for delivery?
a. No, the card is not applicable for delivery orders.
5. Can the card be used in Malaysia?
a. Card is only valid in Singapore.
6. How long is my PastaManiac Card valid?
a. The membership is valid for 1 year.
7. Is my temporary card replaceable?
a. Unfortunately, we do not replace lost temporary cards.
8. Can I request to change my current (old design) card for the new card?
a. Yes, however, you will have to surrender your old card and renew your card at $10.

Q: I called the delivery line but they say my area is not cover? Why is it so? How do I know I am within the delivery area?
A: Unfortunately, we currently do not cover all areas of Singapore. You could check with the call centre about the area coverage or visit the nearest outlet for further information.
Q: Can I use Visa or debit card for payment?
A: Only cash or Nets payment is available
Q: Can I call in advance to reserve a table?
A: As We are a quick causal dining restaurant, we do not make any reservations.
Q: I am looking for a job. Are there any positions available?
A: For crew (kitchen or service) positions, please walk-in to any of our outlets for interview.
