Q: How many days' notice do you need from me for my order?
A: We would like you to place your order at least 5 working days in advance. Late orders are subject to availability and our prevailing schedule.
Q: Can I make changes after confirmation of my order?
A: Yes, preferably at latest 3 days before the actual event date.
Q: I am ordering from Menu A. May I substitute one or two items with entrees from Menu B or C?
A: Yes. Please note, however, that additional charges do apply.
Q: Will you be providing the plates, cutleries, and tables with your set up?
A: Yes, our catering is a full buffet set up comprising biodegradable plates, cutleries, napkins, various condiments, chaffing dishes with warmers and tables with skirting.
Q: How do I pay? Do you require a down payment ?
A: You may pay by cash or cheque on the day of the event itself. All cheques are to be crossed and made payable to "PastaMatrix International Pte Ltd". All prices quoted are subject to GST charges.
Q: Can I use a credit card or a debit card for payment?
A: We only accept cash or cheque as payment at this time.
Q: Do I get a discount for my catering order if I am a VIP Card holder?
A: No, the PastaManiac membership discounts are for dine-in only, and do not apply to catering or delivery orders.
Q: Do you do clean up after the event?
A: Typically we will return in 3 hours to collect our equipment, perform basic clean up and take away the garbage. We do not, however, provide cleaning services such as vacuuming and mopping of the floor.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
A. ORDER CONFIRMATION
All orders should be confirmed by us through phone, fax or email.
If you do not hear from us after 24 hours from order date, please contact us at 62763009.
B. NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO SERVICE
In general, you can call our sales coordinator at least 3 working days before the date of your event, to make the changes.
C. GST CHARGES
All prices are subjected to prevailing GST.
D. PAYMENT
Payment must be made either in cash or cheque upon delivery of food.
For cheque payments, please make the cheque payable to PastaMatrix International Pte Ltd. For cash payments, customer is required to request for a signed/ initialed receipt of payment upon delivery of food by our staff. PastaMania will not entertain any dispute of payments unless proof of payment can be furnished.
E. CANCELLATION POLICY
50% of the total ordered amount is chargeable if cancellation is done less than 2 working days before the delivery date.
CATERING SERVICES

Catering service is served from Monday to Sunday, 10.30am to 7.30pm. |

Please place order at least 5 working days in advance. Late order will only be accepted upon availability. |

Collection of catering set-up will be done 3 hours after delivery of food. Collection time can be extended at $10 per hour. |

Catering set up includes tables, table cloth, side skirting, chaffing dishes, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins. |

Service staff is available for hire @ $15 per hour (min 3hrs/staff) |
| f. |
Customer agrees to notify PastaMania three (3) working days in advance from the event date if customer wishes to cancel the catering order. |

Customer agrees to compensate PastaMania 50% of the total catering cost should customer cancel the order less than two (2) working days from the event date. |

Delivery charges is aat $30 for Classic Value A, B or C, $20 for Drop & Go and $20 for Pack A Mania |

Minimum no. of pax for catering service is 30 pax for Classic Value Buffet A, B or C |
| j. |
Arrival of food will be approximately 45 mins before the stated event time, unless due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e traffic jams) |

PastaMania reserves the right to replace any item with another of equivalent value depending on availability. |

Only seleted menus are available during festive seasons. |

Additional charges may apply for substitution and/or addition of item upon availability. |
